Valid for the special exhibition at the Neues Palais and in Sanssouci Park, including an audio guide (Eng./Ger., audio guide for children age 6+) and a booklet (Eng./Ger.)

Offerings for Groups

Please be advised: Group size has to be restricted to a maximum number of visitors per tour due to conservation concerns in the sensitive, historic palace interiors. Consequently, tour groups that exceed this number will be divided. The second group will receive a discount.


Tour with an Audio Guide
Special exhibition at the Neues Palais and in the gardens, incl. an audio guide in the palace (Ger./Eng.), as well as a booklet (Ger./Eng.)
Adult groups
270 euros flat rate (group size: max. 25 people); duration: approx. 120 mins.
Surplus fee for adults, max. 15 people, 130 euros
Student groups
175 euros flat rate (group size: max. 25 people); duration: approx. 120 mins.
Surplus fee for students, max. 10 people, 50 euros

Guided Tours through selected sections of the exhibition in the Neues Palais and its gardens
Adult groups
300 euros flat rate (group size max. 20 people); duration: approx. 120 mins.
Surplus fee for adults, max. 10 people, 110 euros
Student groups
165 euros flat rate (group size max. 20 people); duration: approx. 90 mins.

Information and Offerings for Visitors with Disabilities

The exhibition spaces on the ground floor of the Neues Palais are wheelchair accessible with assistance. A manually-operated lifting platform (lifting power max. 250 kg) is available at the "C” entrance.
You'll receive your tickets at the information desk in the visitor's reception area. Unfortunately, online advance purchase of tickets is currently not possible for technical reasons.
The exhibition consists of 72 interiors. Visitors move from one exhibition room to another along a synthetic platform, edged by a border approximately 3 cm high. The platform has no railings.
A restroom suitable for wheelchairs is available outside the building.
Groups of more than three wheelchair users, traveling together, should definitely make reservations.

Group offerings are only by prior reservation! Please book your tours as early as possible!

General Information for Exhibition Visit


Tickets
In the visitor's reception area at the Neues Palais you can purchase tickets and also receive further information about the exhibition and your visit. All tickets are subject to a fixed admission time. Admission is no longer possible after expiration of the admission time printed on the ticket. Please plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for any possible delays. In general, some waiting in line is to be expected.

Family Tickets
You'll receive your Family Tickets at the information desk in the visitor's reception area. Unfortunately, online advance purchase of tickets is currently not possible for technical reasons.

Booklet and Audio Guide
Booklets and audio guides are only available in the visitor's reception area at the Neues Palais. The booklet (Eng./Ger.) contains information on the individual themes of the exhibition, its various routes and about the objects in the exhibition.

Photographs, Moving Images and Sound Recordings
Neither photographs, moving images, nor sound recordings are permitted in the exhibition.

Service Facilities
A coat check and lockers are located in the visitor's reception area. Larger items and bags may not be taken into the exhibition.
Restrooms are available on the lower level of the Neues Palais; additional restrooms are located near the food and beverage area (wheelchair accessible).

Museum Shop
At the New Palace, you'll find a museum shop with a large selection of books, postcards, posters, souvenirs, etc.

Food and Beverage
A coffeehouse called "Fredersdorf" is located in the Invalidengärten in close proximity to the Neues Palais.
